A written return and refund request must be emailed within 14 days of receiving the item. An explanation and photos of the items you received must be included. Once approved, the Admin Team will share the return mailing address.
We inspect all returned items. The product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer for any of the following circumstances. (1) An item didn't fit. (2) You do not like the color. (3) You changed your mind, or perhaps, you ordered by mistake. (4) Purchased the item(s) somewhere else.
We will refund the cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.
Note: Items returned with any fragrance or odor will be returned at the customer's expense. In this case, and due to company policy, a refund or exchange will not be approved by management.
