COVID-19: Pandemic or Plan-demic

In this week's blog, I would like to focus on a topic that has been headline news all year.

COVID-19. What is it? Where did it come from, and what are the lasting effects that it will have on society?

There have been millions of lives affected worldwide and over 300,000 deaths in the U.S. alone. To all those affected, I offer my deepest condolences. This is truly a horrible and atrocious virus, so in no way is this article meant to slight anyone or become a slap in the face.

COVID-19 is the unseen enemy that has the American people in a frenzy. Our everyday lives have been altered in a way that most people would have never fathomed.

Sure. We've had other scares with viruses before. There was influenza, swine flu, bird flu, and a small stint with Ebola.

Though these viruses are very serious, neither of them have locked down the world the way corona has.

So, what is COVID-19? Is it a pandemic or plan-demic? I know some of you are shaking your head thinking: Here we go, again, with this conspiracy theory crap.

Honestly, I'm not trying to sway your mind either way. I'm only suggesting that you look deeper than the surface of what you are told and led to believe. No matter what, in any situation, half of the people will take things at face value, and the other half will challenge and look for the holes in the story.

How do you know which half is right?

Yes. It is true. Covid-19 is a pandemic. It is a global disease that has affected every nation on planet earth. It is deadly, and it can spread easily from person to person without any way of tracing it. It can live in the air and on surfaces for a substantial amount of time. And it has taken over a million lives worldwide. Even though it's a pandemic, it can still be part of a larger plan-- making it a plan-demic also.

I know you're wondering. How could this be a plan versus a true enigma?

First of all, these thoughts and ideas are not indicative of any other individual. They are just a way to stimulate your mind, and it may open a synopsis of the situation. Is Covid-19 a plan? Well, it depends on who you trust. This wouldn't be the first time our government experimented on its citizens.

One that comes to mind, and most are familiar, is the Tuskegee Experiment. Six hundred African Americans were given syphilis and left untreated, while being told they were being tested and treated for bad blood. Then, there's the Stateville Penitentiary Malaria Study where inmates were exposed to a virus to come up with a vaccine. Whether you want to believe it or not, diseases can be engineered and used as bio weapons.

The coronavirus is said to affect the young and elderly the most. In this country, these are the two demographics that receive the most free benefits-- the biggest one being Healthcare. This could be a way to save billions of dollars while doing some population control in the process.

On any given day, if you were to tell the average person what they could or couldn't do, you'd probably get the birdy finger or a few choice words.

Not now...

COVID has given the government the means and ability to scare its citizens. Now, they're able to impose curfews, place travel bans, and tell you how many people can be in stores and restaurants; and, no one bats an eye. This is all while the government hands out stipends (stimulus checks) to keep the economy afloat so people can maintain somewhat of a normal life-- making them dependent on government help.

Is this a concerned government or a test run at socialism? Either way we're screwed!

So, how are we catching this virus? There's people who have come in contact with spouses, their children and friends, and they haven’t contracted the virus. Is it truly from contact with others, or is it in the food and water? That's the one thing we all have in common.

The hip hop group, Goodie Mob, spoke of times like this on their hit song Cell Therapy in 1995. On this song, Kuhjo said, "They're experimenting in Atlanta, GA.” He ended the song saying, "Listen to me now, or believe me later on in the future."

How have we been battling with this all year? There was supposedly no vaccine in sight. But, as soon as the election is over-- wallah! Two companies are approved to issue vaccinations.

So, is COVID-19 a pandemic or a plan-demic? To me-- it's both.

Only time will tell; but remember, what doesn't come out in the wash comes out in the rinse. No matter how dark it gets, the truth will always find its way to the light.

Until next time. Stay strong, stay true, and be blessed.
